Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe black cherry, red licorice,
plum, and sweet toasty oak along with slight
hints of perfume, cranberry and warm herb.
Smooth and rich mouth feel with hints of red
cherry, berry fruit, vanilla, and sweet oak.
Nice lingering finish.
Winemaking: Wine is aged in 20% New French Oak barrels,
35% one year French Oak, 25% two year
French Oak and 20% two year American Oak
for subtle wood notes that complement a
strong fruit character.
Alcohol: 13.5% • TA: 0.56 g/100ml • pH: 3.58 • 100% Merlot
