Tasting Notes: Lemon, pear, nice citrus notes with touches of vanilla and oak spice, green apple. Medium bodied oak spice in the finish.
Winemaking: The grapes for Little Black Dress Chardonnay come mostly from the cool California coastal regions. Half of the wine was aged in French barrels for four months. A quarter of the Chardonnay was aged in stainless steel to bring forward clean, fresh fruit notes.
